: This project entails the installation of two new water lines to service the existing building. One is a new culinary water line and the second is a new fire sprinkler line. The Base Bid shall include all work & materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. Bidding contractors shall include in their bids $5000.00 to cover all city impact fees. Bonds required.
