Cucf facility 255 e. 300 n. Gunnison, utah. Meet in conference room on the second floor of the lock shop. See attached map. All pre-qualified prime contractors wishing to bid on this project must attend this meeting.

The Department of Corrections has asked for help with the expansion of their machine shop at the Central Utah Correctional Facility. The Contractor will need to provide all labor, materials, equipment, etc. as outlined in the plans and specifications for the Base Bid. Please note, the contractor is to have all materials and equipment on-site before work on-site begins. A staging area will be provided on-site for materials and equipment if needed. If the Contractor is having items shipped directly to CUCF. The Contractor MUST be on-site to receive, unload, and stage those items. Deliveries will be turned away if the Contractor isn’t on-site to receive them. Additionally, the Contractor MUST provide equipment to load/unload all shipments to the site. CUCF WILL NOT provide any equipment or manpower to unload the Contractor’s items. The Contractor is to coordinate project start times with DFCM Project Manager as this Project will coincide with a DFCM roofing Project in the same area. Current start time is spring 2023. Bonds required.
