The City of Seaside is seeking manufacturers of prefabricated homes to provide a proposal for the design, production, and installation of a prefabricated home to serve as a permanent affordable housing unit and as a part of the City’s Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Demonstration Project. The building may be between 300 to 500 sq. ft. (habitable space). Manufacturers are encouraged to review lot sizes in the City of Seaside to determine the best prefabricated ADU options to work in this market area. Any questions must be submitted no later than Monday, February 1, 2021. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
