The Mt. San Jacinto Community College District is inviting pre-qualification statements from firms, partnerships, and corporations to provide construction services related to the Mt. San Jacinto C.C. College Menifee Valley Campus Stadium Construction- Increment #3. Mt. San Jacinto College in Menifee will be constructing a field house, bleachers, fields and improvements. The project will be procured via Multiple Prime Contracts to the District with Balfour Beatty acting as the District's Construction Manager at Risk. A successful project specific prequalification submittal will be required prior to being invited to bid. All Subcontractors previously prequalified for increment 1 &/or 2 are already prequalified for increment 3.
