The intent of this Request for Qualification is to pre-qualify general contractors to provide rehabilitation services, both interior and exterior, to residential properties ranging from single-family homes to multi-family units. Qualified contractors will be part of a selected pool of contractors, who will be provided an opportunity to compete for each project for a period of up to four years. This is a re-issuance of requests for qualifications 7698-0-2019/KJO, 7698-R-2019/KJO, and 7698-R1-2019/KJO to expand the list of pre-qualified contractors. Contractors already prequalified under either of those requests for qualifications do not need to reapply. Questions due by October 17, 2022, 5:00pm.
