Sealed bids will be accepted by Prince George Public Schools for the Prince George High School Air Handling Unit Upgrades. The Work consists of replacing and upgrading the original HVAC system. The gym and auxiliary gym will replace the ceiling hung exposed air handling units with rooftop air handling units and new ductwork. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural. Substantial Completion date of August 12, 2024. The last day questions may be submitted is October 11, 2022, by 5pm Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
