The City of Rancho Santa Margarita seeks qualified firms to provide professional electrical engineering & lighting design services for the City Hall & BTRCC Interior LED Lighting Conversion Project. The Project encompasses Rancho Santa Margarita’s City Hall & the adjacent Bell Tower Regional Community Center (BTRCC). The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing light fixtures with LED compatible light fixtures, Title 24 certification and compliance, upgrading lighting controls, preparing construction documents, bid advertisement support, and construction support. Questions are due in writing no later than 10:00 PM on Sept 27th. Time is of the essence in the performance of this Agreement. The time for completion of the services to be performed by Consultant is an essential condition of this Agreement.
