The purpose of this request for qualifications is to obtain professional environmental engineering services on an as required basis for environmental engineering projects. The scope of services described herein provides a general description of the desired work effort but may not constitute a complete list of all service necessary to complete the project. Various service specialties may include, but are not limited to, air quality issues, water quality issues, Brownfield management, environmental site assessments and remediation, hazardous materials/waste issues and ecological services. Services for all projects shall be performed in accordance with United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Florida Department of Transportation (FOOT), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), United States Fish and Wildlife Services (FWS), Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) and Manatee County policies, procedures and regulations. Additional services may be required in connection with the projects, not otherwise provided herein.
