Firms must have the ability to perform construction phase services for both office and field tasks. The services may include, but are not limited to: i. Provide construction project management services, using the County’s Program Management Information System, e-Builder. ii. Communicate in a timely and responsible manner with the County’s project team. iii. Review and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules. iv. Review and prepare Interim Field Change Agreements (IFCAs) with appropriate back-up documentation. v. Review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding construction claims. vi. Review and certify pay applications, verifying quantities, and making recommendations, if warranted. vii. Prepare for, lead, participate and manage pre-construction meeting and progress meetings, providing agenda and minutes for distribution to project team. viii. Respond to customer inquiries, with appropriate documentation summarizing resolution, if applicable. ix. Provide onsite inspection to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and inform County of progress and any observed deficiencies. x. Prepare inspection reports and associated documentation, including photos. xi. Prepare punch lists and verify as-built plans. Insurance required.
