Scope of services include, but are not limited to, selective demolition of existing concrete walls and foundations; site work including stripping and stockpiling of topsoil for reuse; mass excavation to grades indicated; handling, stockpiling and disposal of controlled materials; trenching and backfill of foundations, drainage structures and associated piping, as well as electrical conduit and light pole bases. The work also includes installation of asphaltic paving, concrete sidewalks, gravel mulch seeded or sod lawns, and plantings to include trees and ground covers. The work includes construction of concrete and modular retaining walls as well as metal stairs, railings and fencing. Completion of all work and services required under this contract within two hundred seventy (270) consecutive calendar days. Deadline for questions is January 4, 2021 by 2:00pm.
