Installation of one clear anodized aluminum canopy flat corrugated metal canopy top, to match other canopies at the school area. Gutter system to be incorporated within the metal canopy. This canopy shall be installed along the front entrance to Pembroke Pines Charter Middle School West Campus. Installation of an A Frame awning schedule 40 galvanized frame painted to match. (Color TBD), material shall be 18 oz. vinyl, mildew resistant and fire retardant with heat sealed seams, canopy shall be installed at Pembroke Pines Charter Central Campus carline area. Installation of a lean too style awning schedule 40 galvanized frame painted to match. (Color TBD), material shall be 18 oz. vinyl, mildew resistant and fire retardant with heat sealed seams, Canopy shall be installed at Pembroke Pines Charter Elementary School East Campus. 5% Proposal Security / Bid Bond. Required in the event that the proposal exceeds $200,000.
