This project, in the Town of Clay, consists of the rehabilitation of 1.3 miles of Old Route 57 (CR 91), between Calder Court and NYS Route 31. The work involves milling, and resurfacing, drainage maintenance, and signage improvements throughout the corridor. Traffic signal and drainage improvements at the intersection of Old Route 57 (CR 91) with Gaskin Road/Redwing Drive are also included. The proposal must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope with the name and number of the contract plainly endorsed on the outside of the envelope. The proposal must be accompanied by cash, certified check or bid bond payable to the order of the “County of Onondaga” in an amount not less than 5% percent of the Gross sum bid for the complete.
