The purpose of this specification is to provide the County of Atlantic - Division of Facilities/Capital Planning & Property Management - 1227 Drexel Ave., Atlantic City, New Jersey with a licensed Plumbing Contractor to supplement County Staff, when necessary, in performing general and emergency repair service in all Atlantic County Buildings. This contract will cover all County of Atlantic buildings and any premises leased by the County of Atlantic. Work shall include, but is not limited to, providing or repairing water lines, water fountains, faucets, hot water heaters, valves, sinks, pumps, toilets, showers, bath tubs, sewer lines, sewer ejectors, house pumps and all other plumbing services as may be required. The contract term shall be for the period of December 1, 2022 or date of execution whichever comes first, through November 30, 2024 unless sooner revoked by the County of Atlantic for non-compliance with its provisions, or if the funds for the contract are exhausted prior to November 30, 2024. Deadline for questions is October 12, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
