PERA will provide a 1.3 acre public equestrian recreation facility along the east bank of the LA River between 31st St and Spring St in the City of Long Beach. PERA will include 40-foot diameter round pens, automatic horse waterers, hitching rails and mounting blocks, rain gardens, native landscaping, a decomposed granite walking path, drainage improvements, and a 12-foot-wide access road. Location is East bank of the Los Angeles River between 31st St and Spring St in the City of Long Beach. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. CBE goals.
