The City of San Leandro is seeking proposals from licensed engineering firms to provide professional services for the design and preparation of bid documents and construction support for the Public Works Service Center (PWSC) Replace Fuel Tanks Project in accordance with scope of services within the Request For Proposals. The scope of work generally includes evaluation of existing conditions, hazardous materials determination, preparation of preliminary design, design development, bid documents, and bidding / construction support. Ancillary work includes construction cost estimating, scheduling monitoring, preparation of reports and recommendations, and project management. This project is located at 14200 Chapman Rd within the PSWC near the fuel stations. Prevailing wages.
