Estimate: $7 – $8 million

SHARP Development on behalf of the Owner, is soliciting qualified B General Contractors to submit their proposals to provide Construction Services for RAD Phase II – Capitol Terraces, comprised of 84 dwelling units at one multi-family property owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento. The project site is located at 1820 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento. Possible subcontracting trades are: Asbestos Abatement (C-22); Electrical (C-10); Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation and A/C (C-20), Elevator (C-11); Doors, Gates and Activating Devices (C-61/D-28); Suspended Ceilings (C-61/D-50); Roofing (C-39); Low Voltage System (C-7); and Landscaping (C-27). NOTE: If the Electrical Contractor performing the Fire Lite Panels does not hold the proper certification / qualification in Fire Lite Panels and Equipment, any lower tier contractor must be certified/qualified to perform such work and will be required to provide documents upon request.
