Sealed bids will be accepted for Ralph Dean Park Recreation Courts Project by the Town of Luray, VA. Scope: Construction of several recreational court facilities and associated grading and site work, together with all appurtenances, utility relocations and incidental items required to complete the work. Ultimate facility build out is to include two (2) basketball courts, four (4) pickleball courts, and three (3) tennis courts. Optional work to include a water fountain, picnic tables, benches, and a sunshade. Project shall be completed by June 15th, 2023. Last day for questions: September 27, 2022, at 4:00pm local time. Bonds required.
