The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Ravenwood Park Playground: Safety Surface Replacement and is located at 4280 Ravenwood Drive, Las Vegas, 89147 Nevada. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of a new 5,316 sf. of Safety Surface and new concrete slurry. Care shall be taken in removing the existing safety surface to avoid damaging the Playground Equipment. Place new surface within the limits of the existing surfaces. There are three (03) distinct areas that will require the demo of the existing surface and the installation of the new safety surface. The areas will consist of Area (A) at 1,458 sf, Area (B) at 2,428 sf and Area (C) at 1,430sf Totaling 5,316 sf. Question Cutoff Date: 3/16/2021 10:00 AM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
