SMC is seeking a qualified consultant that is experienced in designing ravine bluff and stream restoration projects to provide assistance with the planning, design, and permitting of this project, as well as with construction cost estimating, the preparation of bidding and construction contract documents, and completion of the competitive bidding process up to completion and final acceptance of the project. The selected consultant will use information from similar successful SMC ravine bluff restoration plans and an SMC concept plan along with additional information that will be collected by the consultant at the outset of the project to plan and design the project, develop a construction cost estimate, and assist SMC in obtaining the required approvals for the project from the appropriate regulatory agencies.
