(Re-Bid Project). This project consists of structural remediation work to include painting of exterior primary and auxiliary structural steel components such as cable connection at the roof and concrete masts. It also includes exterior steel on the elevations of the building including interior primary structural steel components including cable trusses and connections. The project also includes concrete tower mast repair for all four masts. Finally, it includes roof leaks at the assembly of the cable connection to the roof. Construction shall be completed by January 31, 2025. This construction completions date is required to allow for preparation of the Final Four NCAA 2025 Tournament. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on April 4th. HSP required. SBEDA Ordinance Contract Provisions apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
