The Contractor shall install Kitchen Grease Hood Exhaust and Fire Suppression System Replacements. The Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on the Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, permits, licenses, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel, per diem and every other expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL), located at California Correctional Institution (CCI) 24900 Highway 202 in Tehachapi, CA 93561. Term is 365 days from notice to proceed. Questions due 10/20/21. DBE incentives.
