This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Hood and Duct Cleaning Services. The Contractor will be Compensated for the services monthly in arrears in accordance with the Service Rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, licenses at no additional cost to the state and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for Central California Women's Facility (CCWF) at 23370 Road 22 Chowchilla, CA 93610. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is through 6/30/22. This is a rebid of project ID 595556.
