Items of work may include: plumbing & irrigation, graffiti, sticker and flyer abatement, general park improvements. The contract will be in effect on July 1, 2022 and the contract price will not exceed $150,000 per Fiscal Year. The contract will be let for one (1) year (up to $150,000), and will include two (2) one (1) year renewal options (additional $300,000 maximum); for a total amount, including renewal option, up to $450,000.
