Building permit is required. Electrical upgrade: Swap out outlet devises to grounded 3 prong. Open junction box in ceiling under bathroom needs cover. Replace GFI in bathroom. Trouble shoot short in vanity light. Permit needed NEC2017 compliant. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
