The City of Farmers Branch solicits sealed bids for construction improvements for the Joya Playground at Oran Good Park as detailed in the attached. Timing is of the essence in the performance of this project. In general, work of the project includes, but not limited to the following: excavation, concrete retaining walls, tree protection concrete pavement removal & disposal, water service lines, water meters & box, backflow preventers, pipeline, sanitary sewer pipe, cleanout, pavement trench repair, concrete flatwork, concrete trails and other appurtenances as necessary to complete the project. Commence work within 10 calendar days after the date of the written notice and substantially complete the project within 120 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
