Walkthroughs are 11/3/21 - 11/15/21 Bidders and/or their representative(s) planning to attend the bidders’ walk-through held on
institution grounds must provide their driver's license or DMV identification card number,
date of birth, and complete name to secure a Gate Clearance for admittance. Please
contact the Contract Liaison at each interested site identified in the Attachment 1, by
October 29, 2021 no later than 1:30PM to arrange for your participation in the
mandatory/optional bidders’ conference. The mandatory/optional walk-through will be held at each site per the Attachment 1, Walk-Through Information and Schedule. If bidder has already participated in the
original mandatory walk-through it is not necessary to participate again, however if
you have not participated in the original walk-through and you plan on bidding on a group
that has Mandatory walk-through then you must participate in order to bid on that group.
The purpose of this walk-through is to provide bidders an opportunity to examine the work
site before bidding in order to have full knowledge of the area(s) and/or specific equipment
affecting the work that may not be specifically described herein.
Specific questions during the walk-through should be limited to the work site. Actual
questions regarding the Scope of Work and/or Terms and Conditions of the IFB should be
directed to the contact person identified in the cover letter of this IFB.
Trades: Electrical Contractor - Including Lighting and Possible High Voltage, Machinery and Pumps, Limited or Specialty Contractor
This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform High Voltage Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service. The Contractor will be Compensated for the services in accordance with the Service Rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet and the Published Price List which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, licenses at no additional cost to the state and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Institutions listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions. Term is through 12/31/24. Questions due 11/3/21. DEB incentives. DVBE applies if bid is more than $15,000.
