Contractor shall perform these services for The Town of Black Mountain when called out by an agent from the Public Works Department. Contractor shall pre-treat all municipal parking lots to include on street parking when necessary with quality materials such as salt, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, or another agent of same quality approved by the Public Works Director, when weather permits pre-treatment. Contractor shall plow all municipal parking lots to include on street parking at several locations around Town. Municipal parking consist of Black Mountain Ave., Cherry St., Broadway, Sutton Ave. on street and Parking Lot, Richardson Blvd., Honeycutt St., Lake Tomahawk, Emergency Services Fire/Police, Town Hall, Carver School, Fire Substation, Grey Eagle, White Horse Municipal Parking, Presbyterian Church (Montreat Rd.), Methodist Church (Church St./ State St.), Town Square, and the Municipal Parking Lot behind SunTrust Bank.
