The project scope consists of interior renovations to a portion of a former restaurant space on the first floor of the South Harbor Garage, located at 245 Derby Street. The renovations will create 4 unisex public toilet rooms, 2 of which are handicap accessible, as well as a public waiting area and interior vestibule entrance. The work shall include all demolition, interior construction and finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work necessary to complete the work. Also included is the installation of security cameras throughout the garage. Bidders shall be DCAMM Certified in General Construction. File sub bids will be received until February 9, 2022 at 11:30am. Sub trades include Metal Windows, Electrical, Plumbing, and Electronic Security Systems. Deadaline for questions is January 28, 2022 by 5:00pm.
