Trades: C22 - Asbestos, Lead paint, Other Toxic Material Abatement & Remediation
Contractor is to provide routine and urgent asbestos and lead abatement/stabilization, and encapsulation services. Work requirements will be identified during a joint inspection by the Contractor and District’s Representative during which total quantities of line items to be accomplished will be determined. Please refer to the Bid Form and the Line Items in Planet Bids for more details on the information and pricing requested. Bids will be accepted online only. Proposals shall be evaluated based on price, satisfactory service/performance measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Trades included are: 1050 - Asbestos Abatement Equipment & Supplies 2350 - Contractor - Painting Services 2575 - Disposal - Asbestos Removal 2600 - Disposal - Hazardous Materials 0005 - LBUSD Hazardous Materials Services (Pre-Qualified). Questions deadline is 5/17/22 by 4:30 pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
