The required services to be provided are to provide electrical maintenance labor for the repair/replacement of all related and applicable services on an as-needed basis services to include labor and material for work related to all electrical systems ranging from 24 volts to 1200kv. Services to include comprehensive electrical evaluations, work on existing services as well as new construction, locating services of buried lines, tracing and testing of circuits, and replacement of transformers as needed. The awarded Contractor shall provide the specified service requirements in accordance with all federal, state and local applicable laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the services, including, but not limited to:  The NEC.  The NFPA 70,  70B, and 70E. The Bidder shall operate in accordance with OSHA safety standards. The Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, or their designee will reserve the right to enact a work stoppage if an unsafe condition is observed and the contractor will need to be in compliance before work can progress. The Bidder shall operate the business under a state of Texas Master Electrician license of an individual that is employed or has been contracted with to be the Responsible Master Electrician. The owner of the business may be the Responsible Master Electrician for the business Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
