For 8966 State Route 700 consists of putting in two handicapped parking spaces, access ramp, installation of manufactured steel handrails, all necessary block repair and sidewalk replacement. 7276 State Route 303, consists of constructing a new concrete structure for parking on the side of the building and construct walkway that leads to the front of the building where it will connect to the front staircase. Remove existing steps and landing and replace with 8 Ft. X 5 Ft. landing with steps and use #57 gravel fill for the foundation. Install manufactured steel handrails. Excavate parking and sidewalk area to allow for 4” of concrete on top of 2” compacted stone. Use rebar for reinforcement along with welded wire mesh and place relief cuts after placing the concrete. Apply a cure and seal to the finished product and backfill all concrete work.
