provide a proposal for fiber optic internet conduit construction and ongoing Internet Service Provider (ISP); Internet service delivery should begin at the park headquarter and branch out to the other locations from that point. Internet delivery can include, using aerial telephone/powerline poles outside the park boundary and/or boring/trenching within the park. Special coordination is necessary between the respondent and park staff to ensure all TPWD internal processes are followed to protect the cultural or archeological integrity of the park; 6.1. Technical Specifications for Internet Services; 6.2. High-speed Internet with delivery method; fiber optic or copper; 6.3. Static IP address is required.; 6.4. ISP modem/equipment must be configured for bridge or pass-through mode; 6.5. Minimum delivery bandwidth speed; 100Mbps down and 20Mbps up; 6.6. Unlimited data – no data caps or speed limitations based on usage.; 6.7. Required equipment to be in same space/closet as current network/internet equipment; 6.8. Any wireless delivery by ISP must be able to operate in tandem with existing wireless site infrastructure. Term is through 8/31/25. 4.2 This is a Re-Advertisement of this project with revised scope of work and building locations. Respondents MUST perform a site visit, even if they attend site visits for previous solicitations. Questions due 8/15/22. Bonds required.
