Remove old landing and the two sets of steps. Remove a section of sidewalk from the existing concrete steps off that come off street and up to the house (approximately 25’x3’). Bring Fill dirt in and grade proper slope away from the house under the old deck, window well may be necessary to get the height needed at the house. Build a 4’x 6’ Landing at the front door out of treated material with handrail. One post hole footing will be needed. Build one set of steps coming off the landing towards the street. Replace the sidewalk from the front concrete steps up to the new landing, then bring the existing sidewalk around to connect to the new sidewalk, in front of the bottom of the new steps. Add a 4” tailpipe to existing downspout that will run alongside the new steps making sure the roof water is discharging at least 4’ away from the foundation. All work will require a building permit. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
