The intent of this bid document is to cover the reconditioning of painted surfaces on padmounted transformers, switchgears, bollards and other services outlined herein, for the City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida d/b/a Beaches Energy Services, for a period of one (1) year, with an option to renew the purchase order for two (2) additional one-year extensions, for a maximum of three (3) years, if mutually agreeable by both parties and under the same terms and conditions as the original Agreement. Bonds required. Prevailing Wages.
