The Project will consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the relocation of Engine 209, the tinder box car, and the caboose from its current location at West Academy Street to the prepared parcel at the intersection of Grove St. and Davis St. Proposer’s responsibilities include coordinating with utilities for overhead clearances, providing wheel stops at the new location, performing traffic control during relocation, and removing the rail and crossties from the locomotive’s current location.
