Frederick County, Maryland (hereinafter called the “County”) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) for provision of loading, sweeping and hauling of aggregate debris from streets and roads, as identified by and directed by the Superintendent or designate. Once the task is accomplished, or is sufficiently under way, the pickup and hauling of debris to the Frederick County Landfill will begin as required in accordance with the terms, conditions and specification of this solicitation.
