Offeror will uncover the approximately eight (8) acre Ash Monofill at County's direction by removing sandbags and tarp. This work will be performed prior to the scheduled opening of the monofill which will likely take place in May of each year. Offeror will take all precautions necessary to work safely in the ash monofill area. Offeror will take care to avoid damaging the tarp and sandbags that must be removed in an organized manner to facilitate the efficient storage and redeployment of materials. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
