parking passes for attendees, after acquiring a space the contractor may request a pass
from the University lead buyer). General Contractors who arrive late will not be permitted to sign the attendance sheet.
The Work includes two single detached one-story additions of approximately 2,100 and 2,700 SF, to the existing JMU Athletics stadium at Sentara Park. Sports include, Women’s Lacrosse, Track and Field and Men’s and Women’s Soccer. Shall provide home and visitor lockers, showers, toilets, concession and storage space. Site work includes selective demolition and underground utilities in order to connect each addition to the existing stadium and site utilities. Work inside the existing stadium is limited to connections to the existing fire alarm, telecom and main electrical room. Construction shall begin November 1, 2021 and be completed by August 31, 2022. Q&A due by noon, 6/24/21. DBE goal 50%. Bonds required.
