The scope of work includes abatement of existing asbestos fireproofing at floor structure located underside of floor above lobby, replacement of fireproofing, new lobby wall and ceiling finishes, new lighting, security access and new security desk/counter. Deadline for questions is June 2, 2022 by 2:00pm. Please do not call with questions; they must be received in writing. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
