Repair 3rd Floor North/West/Center Wings, Building 423. The requirement is to demolish north, center and west wings of 3rd floor of building 423 down to bare walls except for northwest and center west bathrooms, mechanical/computer rooms, windows/sills and construct open office type space, hard wall office suites, break and conference rooms ready to accept systems furniture to fully function as office space for wing staff. The contractor shall install new fire alarm, fire suppression in renovation area to include extension of existing fire riser from 2nd floor, installation of sprinkler system, new HVAC, electrical system, lighting, flooring, ceiling, finishes for treads, window treatments complying with all Department of Defense, state, and federal rules/regulations. In addition, installation of communications related equipment (Cat 6 cable runs, J Hook Beam/Clamp ladder, BACKBOARD 6x8, data racks,/patch panel, communication boxes, CAT 6 48 port and communication drops. Finally, systems furniture for a complete renovation will also be provided by the Contractor. Project will be in five construction phases to minimize disruption/relocation of staff in the construction footprint during the construction process. All bid prices/costs MUST be valid until 30 September 2020. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
