The work of this single-bid contract consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for exterior door replacement including: (a) selective demolition and removals as required to facilitate replacement of existing doors; (b) providing new doors and glazing; (c) alteration and replacement of finishes as affected by the work; and (d) HVAC and electrical work for air curtain at doors. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
