The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of glazing along an existing rotunda within the Humanities Building. The rotunda's exterior wall is brick clad, round, and two stories high with eight large window openings. The current storefront system is to be removed and replaced with a new curtain wall system. Complete the work within 90 calendar days once Notice to Proceed is issued. Questions due 6 days prior to bid date. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
