At the Charlottesville Readiness Center (165 Peregory Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Anyone arriving to the pre-bid conference late will not be allowed to enter the building nor sign the attendees list. The only time available for prospective bidders to view the project site is March 4, 2021 immediately following the pre-bid conference. The Subcontractors, suppliers, and other interested parties are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. All attendees are required to wear face masks.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Replace / Install Fire Safety Systems in Readiness Centers (Group 6). The project is generally described as a Fire Safety Systems Upgrade at the Charlottesville Readiness Center and the work includes but is not limited to: Fire Alarm work, Sprinkler work, Civil work, and Electrical work. Bonds required.
