The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking services of a qualified HVAC Contractor to remove and install new HVAC’s units located at the address shown above. Contractor shall include all aspects of this project as part of the bid to include tools, labor, material, and equipment to complete this work. All material is to be warranted and completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices and shall meet existing Florida Building Codes. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining permits and approvals from the local building department and any other applicable agencies having jurisdiction. Certified Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process.
