roject Description: The Tohopekaliga Water Authority (Toho) invites qualified firms licensed under chapter 489, Florida Statutes, to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for prequalification to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Treatment Facility projects. CMAR services to be procured under section 255.20, Florida Statutes, at future dates under this prequalification may include, but are not limited to: Toho Reservoir Surface Water Treatment Facility, Shingle Creek Surface Water Treatment Facility, the 160 Acre Reuse/Potable Water Supplement Facility, Lake Shore Storm water Augmentation Facility Improvements, Harmony Water Treatment Plant Upgrade and Expansion, Harmony Water reclamation Facility Expansion, BVL Water Treatment Plant Upgrade, Sunbridge Water Treatment Plant Expansion, and other Treatment Facility projects. Respondents to this Invitation to Submit Qualifications must have proven expertise and extensive experience in the Construction Manager at Risk process related to water, wastewater, and reclaimed water treatment facilities including construction management of new facilities, existing facility improvements, upgrades, and expansions. Prequalification as a CMAR firm under this RFQu will cover a period of 5 years (Fiscal Year 2023 to 2028). Bonds required.
