The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals to perform ongoing Property Maintenance and Year-Round Weed Control for Housing Successor Agency (The Agency) owned properties located within a 2 square mile area of southwest Fresno. The Agency currently maintains an active inventory of 21 parcels of vacant land totaling approximately 14 acres. These parcels range in size from 0.09 acres to nearly 8 acres. These properties shall be maintained in accordance with City of Fresno Weed Abatement Standards and Fresno Municipal Code (FMC) Section 10-605 as applicable. Project duration is one year contract with two possible one year extensions. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Oct 19th.
