The Work includes, but is not limited to, the restoration of the Barge, the Boat Landing and Bridge, the Steps Descending into the Water, and the Wall Along the North Sea Arm to its pre-September 2017 condition, which includes the reinstallation of stone elements (both sculptural and masonry) that were broken, detached or displaced as a result of Hurricane Irma, and the repair and replication of metal elements, similarly damaged. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
