Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at College of Southern Idaho, Taylor Building for DPW Project 20094 Restroom Refurbish, Mini-Cassia, College of Southern Idaho, Burley, Idaho. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include upgrade of the existing finishes and fixtures in (4) restrooms at the Mini-Cassia Campus of the College of Southern Idaho in Burley, Idaho. The existing plumbing lines will be replaced to accommodate revised fixture layouts and improved accessibility. Interior renovations include reconfiguring the toilet partitions to accommodate ADA accessible clearances, updating the wall and floor finishes with tile, installing new solid surface countertops, painting, and cleaning and resealing the exposed T&G wood ceilings. The existing light fixtures will be replaced with new LED fixture types. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
