New Castle County Government is seeking to upgrade three (3) above ground storage tanks and (3) fuel Islands. New Castle County located at 100 Churchmans Rd (Base D). Currently, we have three (3) 12,000 gallon above the ground storage tanks. One (1) Diesel and two (2) Gasoline. They provide three (3) fuel islands, and at each island there are two (2) dual fuel dispensers. One (1) island is Diesel and the other two (2) are Gasoline. All associated work and materials will be required to conform to DNREC’s regulations and applicable code for Above the Ground Storage tanks and fuel distribution systems. Q&A due by 5pm, 04/23/2021.
