Provide and install new emergency generators on West side of CNC building, tie into existing infrastructure, site work to excavate, provide concrete pad, fencing and landscaping. Project Risks: Work will involve intense coordination with facility as it will affect shut downs impacting OR's, procedure rooms, MRI's and CT scanners as well as clinical operations. Some after-hours work will be required. Proven track record working within a live medical facility is a must. Contractor must be willing to assist in PACE planning and installation coordination. Work will occur adjacent to an active fire lane/ambulance entrance, minimal impact to same will be required.
